Return Policy
At leflow, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you.
Cancellations
You can cancel the order before it is successfully processed or shipping information is available.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, in sellable condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at leflowco@gmail.com or follow below steps.
- Log in to your account here using your email and the six-digit verification code included in the email sent from our store.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and address. Please note the returns will need to be sent to a warehouse in Hong Kong or Mainland China.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or gift cards.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties associated with the return parcels, unless the return is due to an error on our part. (Customs duties collected upon delivery will be deducted from the final refund.)
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
A 5% handling fee will be applied to each returned item and deducted from your final refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at leflowco@gmail.com.
